TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Basic wedding hire package comprises a four hour hire period, inclusive of 30 miles travel to/from locations of the hirer’s choice, and a driver for the duration. Additional hire period is available at a cost of £25 per hour, and additional mileage at a rate of £1 per mile.

 

• Basic hire for other events comprise a four hour hire period, during which the vehicle may be used as a static display piece. Additional hire period is available at a cost of £25 per hour. Please note that, regrettably, we are unable to transport passengers on the public road during these events for insurance reasons.

 

• Commuting to and from the venue is charged at a rate of £0.50 per mile.

 

• A deposit of 25% is requested at the time of booking, with the balance to be settled no later than 14 days prior to the event date.

 

• Cancellation no later than 7 days prior to the event will be eligible for a refund of any monies paid, less the deposit of 25%. Cancellation after this time will attract retention of all monies paid.

 

• If DeLorean Hire Scotland should seek to cancel, we shall refund any monies paid, inclusive of the deposit.

 

• Payment is accepted via PayPal, Bank Transfer, cheque or cash.
